Welcome to my blog. Once a week, on Fridays, I’ll be posting an essay about…well, something. It might be something going on in the news, or something going on in my life – or just something about life itself. Whatever grabs me at the moment. I’ve been doing this on Facebook and MySpace for almost a year now, so I’m moving on to a more official blog. Like it or hate it, feel free to comment. I don’t always get things right, but I like to think I have a fair amount of wisdom and a point of view worth expressing. I hope you find something useful in what I have to say or at least are entertained by the way I say it. Let me know either way – I love dialogues far more than monologues. Unless Jay Leno is doing them. He’s much better at it than I am. In any case, read away and let me know what you think.

Hey lovely, I love your rant this week. You are so right on I am not even sure if you realize how correct you are. I believe we get either tweedle dee or tweedle dum when we vote. IMHO man has proven that he cannot govern himself when I look at the whole world and its problems. The excuse in the USA is that we are still the greatest nation on Earth. Really? We were but there are others who want to be the greatest, we have competition now that we never had before. Times have changed. The world is no longer as it was and the USA is right along with it. I dearly love what you wrote. It should be a wake up call to the working class and the middle class that we are in a world of doo doo.
When I toured the Cowboys Stadium the other day, they took us in an elevator to floor SR, where the sweets are, the tour guy laughed SR stood for Stinkin Rich. I am not laughing.
I really love you man, keep up the good work, I believe you are doing some good in some places and that is about all we can expect to accomplish in the midst of this situation.
