Images of seaside resorts, unspoiled beaches, traditional villages and natural resources, as well as the mineral resources that will be crucial in Sierra Leone’s ongoing development of a modern infrastructure are displayed throughout the Pavilion. Typical ethnic accents and design give the visitor a sense of the culture and traditions of Sierra Leone. The African ambience is heightened by small huts, handmade carpets and stone artwork. Pop music from the region will introduce visitors to the irresistible rhythms of the music of the region which has in turn influenced pop music around the globe.
