PAVILION: The exterior of the Pavilion uses the green from the national flag to illuminate the striking tower of the Pavilion, along with a golden brown at the entrance to represent the fertile soil of Libya.

EXHIBIT: The Pavilion interior is wrapped in gossamer that will imitate the change of colors during the course of a day. This also symbolizes the Bedouin past of Libya, and through the sophisticated audio and visual technology in the exhibits, its modern cities. Archaeological elements of the various cultures that have been part of Libya, such as the Arabic minaret and the Roman column are on display, as is the omnipresent palm tree as well as cityscapes of Tripoli and Ghadames.
