EXHIBIT: As visitors enter, on the right is an exhibit on the Blue Hole, showing the location of the Hole just off the coast of Belize and describing some of the fascinating features of this diving marvel. On the left, multimedia installations and a mural show the natural ecology of Belize, while videos show the customs and wildlife of Belize. Artificial palm trees accentuate the feel of the Caribbean landscape. In the center is a massive representation of a Mayan pyramid which visitors may explore. Multimedia installations display the remains of the Mayan culture and its importance in the development of the culture of Belize. A final exhibit in the rear of the Pavilion details the importance of seafood in the cuisine and economy of Belize.
